Terms of service

These terms govern your use of tfsmith.com and your purchase of TFsmith licenses from KelTech, LLC ("KelTech", "we", "us"). By using this site or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.

The software license

TFsmith's source code is available under the Business Source License 1.1, as published in the project repository. Paid features are activated by a license key and are additionally governed by these terms. Commercial licenses are sold as annual subscriptions in Business and MSP tiers, as described on the pricing page.

Purchases and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal linked from the Manage page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. MSP tenant add-ons can be adjusted anytime through the same portal, with charges prorated.

Delivery

License keys are delivered by email, typically within minutes of purchase. If your key does not arrive, check spam and then contact us at the address below.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. A price change never affects a term you have already paid for; it applies at your next renewal or new purchase. Current pricing is always published on the pricing page.

Refunds

All sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. Monthly billing is available so you can evaluate TFsmith on your own infrastructure at minimal commitment, and subscriptions can be canceled any time from the manage page.

License keys

Your license key is issued to your organization. You may not share, resell, publish, or transfer keys, and you may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent license enforcement. If your subscription lapses, the app locks to the License screen after a grace period; nothing is deleted, your data always remains yours, and everything resumes when a current license is installed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse this site, including attempting to disrupt service, probe or attack our infrastructure, or use the checkout and licensing systems fraudulently.

Disclaimer of warranty

TFsmith is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Backup and restore of identity provider data is inherently sensitive; you are responsible for testing backups and restores in your environment and for your own compliance obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KelTech's total liability arising out of these terms or your use of TFsmith is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the site or renewal of a subscription constitutes acceptance.
